When republicans are asked good questions that require truthful answers they apply the avoid & redirect tactic of meaningless responses. The current list of answers include "Bird Flu", "Bill Clinton did it to", "I reject That", "It's for National Security", "it's half full not half empty", "Kerry believed it to" (Kerry didn't send us to war).
