Possibly the First Time a U.S. President Admits to Ordering Assassinations

I just want to mention an observation I had that I think will go un-noticed..I believe that this might be the first time that a president..either current or former..has ever admitted that our executive branch..has had a program for the sanctioning of assassinations of foreign ‘problems’.
